CG Professional Examination Board Recruitment 2015

Available Positions and Vacancies
The Board has announced 232 posts across three categories:
- Food Security Officer (FSO): 71 posts requiring a PG in Chemistry or Degree in Medicine
- Drug Inspector (DIE): 91 posts requiring a Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutics Sciences or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a University established in India by law
- Sample Assistant (SAE): 70 posts requiring Higher Secondary with Science subject under 10+2 pattern
Examination Details
The examination is named Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Exam – 2015. The selection process will be based on a written test and merit.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following age requirements: Minimum age 18/21 years and Maximum 30 years.
Application Process and Fees
Interested candidates can apply online through the website cgvyapam.choice.gov.in. The examination fee varies by category:
- Unreserved candidates: Rs. 450/-
- OBC candidates: Rs. 350/-
- SC/ST/PH candidates: Rs. 300/-
Payment must be made offline through ICICI, SBI Bank.

Written Test Schedule
- 15/03/2015 (at 09:00 am to 12:15 pm) for FSO
- 15/03/2015 (at 03:00 pm to 05:15 pm) for SAE
- 29/03/2015 (at 09:00 am to 12:15 pm) for DIE
Examination Centres
The written test will be conducted at Ambikapur, Bilaspur, Durg, Jagdalpur, and Raipur.
