Bihar Gramin Bank Recruitment 2015: 406 Posts Available
Bihar Gramin Bank is calling for applications from Indian citizens for multiple positions. The recruitment covers Officer roles in different management grades and Office Assistant positions. Candidates must have qualified in the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2014.

The bank has announced 406 positions across various categories:
- Officer Scale-III: 05 Posts
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): 20 Posts
- Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer): 13 Posts
- Officer Scale-I: 133 Posts
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 235 Posts
Pay Scales
The pay scales vary by position:
- Scale-III: Rs.25700-800/5-29700-900/2-31500
- Scale-II: Rs.19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100
- Scale-I: Rs.14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700
- Office Assistant (M): Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300
Application Fees
The application fees are as follows:
- Officers: Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates & Rs.100/- for all others
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates & Rs.100/- for all others
Payment can be made through CBS at any branch of Bihar Gramin Bank using the payment challan available on the bank’s website, or via NEFT from branches of other banks.
How to Apply
Candidates must apply online through the bank’s website www.bihargraminbank.in. No other application mode will be accepted.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on performance in the RRBs-CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/October 2014 and Personal Interview. The final merit list will be prepared based on Total Weighted Scores obtained in both components.
