Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (APGVB) Recruitment 2015
Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (APGVB) has announced a major recruitment drive for 244 positions across multiple categories. The bank is hiring for Officer and Office Assistant roles to strengthen its workforce.
Available Positions
The recruitment covers four distinct categories:
- Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III): 09 Posts
- Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II): 41 Posts
- Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre: 92 Posts
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 102 Posts
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the requirements specified in the RRBs CWE-III Advertisement published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 28th June – 4th July, 2014 released by IBPS.
Application Fee
The application fee structure is as follows:
- Rs. 40/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates
- Rs. 150/- for all other candidates
Selection Process
The selection will be based on performance in RRBs-CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/October 2014 and Personal Interview. The final merit list will be prepared in descending order based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained in both the CWE and Personal Interview for each category (SC/ST/OBC/UR).
Personal Interview Details
Depending on the number of vacancies, the bank will call candidates equivalent to three times the number of vacancies shortlisted based on their Total Weighted Scores (TWS). The Personal Interview carries a total of 30 marks.
Interview Venue
Interviews will be conducted in HYDERABAD. The complete address will be communicated via email, and the venue details will be displayed on the bank’s website one week before the interview commencement date.
