Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by participating RRB. Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy. Proficiency in local language. Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
- Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks. Preference given to candidates with degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager):
- Information Technology Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 50% marks. Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc.
- Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
- Law Officer: Degree in Law with minimum 50% marks
- Treasury Manager: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance
- Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing
- Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture with minimum 50% marks
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks. Preference given to candidates with Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
Age Limit
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years – Below 40 years (Born between 03.06.1978 and 31.05.1997)
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): Above 21 years – Below 32 years (Born between 03.06.1986 and 31.05.1997)
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years – Below 30 years (Born between 03.06.1988 and 31.05.2000)
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 years and 28 years (Born between 02.06.1990 and 01.06.2000)
Application Fee
- General/OBC candidates: Rs.850/-
- SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Serviceman candidates: Rs.175/-

Final selection will be based on written exam and interview.
