Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Basic Qualification: Full time MBA/PGDM or Post Graduate Management degree and full time BE/B Tech in any stream from institutes recognized by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC
- Correspondence/part-time courses are not eligible
- Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM/Post Graduation Management with specialization in Finance/Marketing/IT
- Minimum 48 months experience as Executive in Supervisory/Management role in Scheduled Commercial Bank in product development in Retail Financial domain (Personal, Gold, Car & Two Wheeler, Education and Consumer Durable Loans)
- Experience working directly with development/functional teams is preferred
- Skills required: Product Development, Product Management, Digital Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills
Application Fee
- Rs. 750 for General, EWS and OBC candidates
- Nil for SC/ST candidates
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Meeting minimum qualification and experience doesn’t guarantee interview call. The Shortlisting Committee will decide parameters and call adequate candidates for interview
- Interview: 100 marks. Qualifying marks decided by the Bank
- Merit List: Prepared based on interview scores in descending order. If multiple candidates score cut-off marks, ranking will be based on age in descending order
