Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must be a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 4 years post-qualification experience
- Experience should be with a company having paid-up capital of at least Rs.10 crores
- Experience should be in corporate management at a reputed organization, preferably in Public Sector Undertakings
- Must possess strong domain knowledge of Corporate Laws and Good Governance Policies
- Must be well-versed with Companies Act, 2013
- Should have knowledge of best accounting practices and standards with particular reference to corporate governance
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Should be able to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community
- Candidates with legal qualifications will be given preference
Age Limit
- 35 years as on date of advertisement
