Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- DCTO: Graduation (B.E./ B.Tech) in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Electrical/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication OR Graduate with Post-Graduation in MCA from a recognized University by the Govt. of India
- CCSO: Retired (superannuated / VRS optee) or serving Officer, not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or equivalent of another Bank/Financial Sector Regulatory Body, having necessary skills and requisite experience (preferably from a Public Sector Bank other than IDBI Bank)
- Head: CA/ MBA/ PGDM / CFA or other relevant post graduate qualification from a recognized University/ Institution. Certificate in Treasury Management, Certified Treasury Dealer Course is desirable
Age Limit
- DCTO: Maximum 45 years
- CCSO: Not more than 65 years as on the cut-off date
- Head: 57 years
Selection Process
The selection process includes:
- Preliminary screening and shortlisting based on eligibility criteria, qualifications, suitability/experience
- Provisional candidature subject to document verification
- Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates
- Final selection based on PI marks, medical fitness, and eligibility criteria
- Bank reserves the right to change selection process, venue, date, etc.
