Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) OR Professional qualification like CA/CMA/CFA from recognized institutions
- Passing of JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable
Experience
- Generalist Officer MMGS Scale II: 3 years post-qualification work experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank (Credit related areas/Branch Head experience preferred)
- Generalist Officer MMGS Scale III: 5 years post-qualification work experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank with minimum 1 year as Branch Manager/Head
Age Limit
- Generalist Officer Scale II: 25 to 35 years
- Generalist Officer Scale III: 25 to 38 years

- UR/EWS/OBC: Rs 1180/-
- SC/ST: Rs 118/-
Selection Process
Candidates must appear for an online examination conducted by IBPS. Selected candidates will be called for interviews in a 1:4 ratio based on their ranking. Marks distribution: Online examination (150 marks) and Interview (100 marks), converted to 60:40 ratio. Minimum cut-off: 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
