Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (as of June 01, 2022)
- Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline + Chartered Accountant qualification
- Preferred: Post Graduation in Management with Finance specialization or CFA/ICWA/CMA
Work Experience Requirements
- Senior Manager (Business Finance): Minimum 6 years in Business Finance at a large Bank/NBFC
- Chief Manager (Business Finance): Minimum 8 years in Business Finance at a large Bank/NBFC
- Senior Manager (Internal Controls): Minimum 6 years in Internal Controls, Internal Audit & Operational Governance at a Big 4/Large Accounting Firm
- Chief Manager (Internal Controls): Minimum 8 years in Internal Controls, Internal Audit & Operational Governance at a Big 4/Large Accounting Firm
- Senior Manager (Financial Accounting): Minimum 6 years in BFSI sector, including 2 years in a large Bank focusing on Financial Controllership and Financial Reporting
- Chief Manager (Financial Accounting): Minimum 8 years in BFSI sector, including 3 years in a large Bank focusing on Financial Controllership and Financial Reporting
Age Limit (as of June 01, 2022)
- Senior Manager (Business Finance): 28 to 38 years
- Chief Manager (Business Finance): 28 to 40 years
- Senior Manager (Internal Controls): 28 to 38 years
- Chief Manager (Internal Controls): 28 to 40 years
- Senior Manager & Chief Manager (Financial Accounting): 28 to 38 years
