Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Candidates must not exceed 45 years of age.
Educational Qualification: Applicants need to have completed Post Graduation with CAIIB or CA from a recognized University or Institute. Additionally, candidates must have minimum 10 years of banking experience. The ideal candidate should be sales-oriented, target-driven, and possess strong retail banking skills with technical expertise in marketing assets and building savings/current deposits across branches. Experience in credit appraisal, monitoring, and recovery areas would be an added advantage.
Compensation and Selection
Pay Scale: The remuneration will be attractive on a CTC basis, negotiable and commensurate with deliverables.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
