Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements:
- Training & Development: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Management (HR preferred), Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
- Finance & Accounts: M.Com, B.Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA
- New Tech Identification: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or technical discipline preferred)
- New Tech Adoption: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or technical discipline preferred)
- Supervisor (Pilot scale): Bachelor’s degree / diploma in engineering (Chemical, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Material Science preferred)
- Estate Management: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (Facility / Infrastructure Management preferred)
- Electrical Engineering: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
