The Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST) has released a recruitment notification for three Scientist positions. These roles are on contractual basis under the Department of Science & Technology, Government of Gujarat.
Available Positions and Requirements
GUJCOST is hiring for three different Scientist roles:
- Scientist-C: 1 position
- Master’s Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry) OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with first class
- Four years experience in Management of Intellectual Property Rights
- Ph.D. in Science OR Master’s degree in Engineering
- PG diploma in IPR
- Salary: Rs. 55,278 per month
- Scientist-B: 1 position
- Master’s Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry) OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with first class
- Four years experience in Management of Intellectual Property Rights (two years experience may be exempted if you have desirable qualifications)
- Ph.D. in Science OR Master’s degree in Engineering
- PG diploma in IPR
- Salary: Rs. 52,290 per month
- Project Scientist: 1 position
- Master’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry) OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with first class
- Two years experience as Project Assistant in PIC
- Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month
