Selection Process
Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the selection process, which consists of two rounds:
- First Round: Written test
- Second Round: Practical Tally Test/Personal Interview
Weightage: Written test (80%) and Practical Tally Test/Personal Interview (20%)
Written Test Details:
- Duration: Sixty minutes
- Questions: 50 multiple-choice objective questions
- IQ Test: 15 questions
- Domain Knowledge: 35 questions
Candidates will be shortlisted for the next round in the ratio of 1:6 based on written test scores.
Special Consideration: Accounting staff working in MGNREGA & IAY for at least 2 years will receive weightage. Two points will be given for each year of experience, with a maximum of 14 points.
The final merit list will be prepared based on combined scores from both rounds.
