Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- LLB/LLM from any recognized university.
Experience
- At least 10 years’ experience as a practicing Advocate/ worked as an Executive in any Bank /any financial institution handling Legal portfolio related to recovery matters. Prior exposure to all aspects of legal issues relating to NPA recovery management – SARFAESI, DRT, Arbitration, Execution, vetting of complex legal documents and mortgages, managing litigations at the various courts and tribunals etc, leading the recovery process & laying down new policies pertaining to recovery.
Age Limit
- Not more than 45 years as of 31.7.2018.
Selection Process
Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
