The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh (NITTTR) has released an official notification for recruitment of Nursery Teachers for 131 posts. Eligible candidates can apply for this recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (Class XII or its equivalent) from recognized board with at least 50% marks (OR) Senior Secondary (Class XII or its equivalent) from recognized board with at least 45% marks in accordance with the NCTE Regulations, 2002 notified on 13.11.2002 AND; (ii) Diploma in Nursery Teacher Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed.) of duration of not less than two years, or B.Ed. (Nursery) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution.
Age limit
- The age limit for the posts of Nursery Teacher is 18-37 years. Age is to be calculated as on 01-01-2019
Application Fee
- Application fee (non-refundable) amounting to Rs. 800/- (Rs. 400 in case of SC) will be accepted through online mode / challan.
Selection Process
- One objective type test / (Multiple Choice Questions) of 150 Marks will be conducted. Merit list for selection will be prepared on the basis of total marks obtained in Objective Type Test / MCQ. Qualifying marks for test will be 40% for all candidates. No interview will be conducted.
