Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • <strong>Assistant Manager (HR):</strong>
    • <strong>Qualification:</strong> B.E. (EC/EEE/Electronics/IC) from a recognized university by UGC/AICTE
    • <strong>Experience:</strong> 5 years of experience of technical work
  • <strong>Assistant Manager (IT):</strong>
    • <strong>Qualification :</strong> B.E. (Computer/IT) / MCA / M.Sc. IT from a recognized university by UGC/AICTE
    • <strong>Experience :</strong> 5 years of experience of technical work
  • <strong>Assistant Manager (Technical):</strong>
    • <strong>Qualification :</strong> MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) from a recognized university by UGC/AICTE, knowledge of Labour Laws and other guidelines is a must. Candidate possessing LLB degree will be preferred.
    • <strong>Experience :</strong> 5 years of experience handling HR related activities in any PSU/Private Limited company.

Age limit

  • Not more than 35 years
