Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Company Secretary & Vice President (Legal):
• Essential: Company Secretary certified by ICSI & Degree in Law from recognized University/Institution
• Preferable: Fellow Member of ICSI
• Experience: Minimum 15 years, including at least 10 years post qualification experience in secretarial and legal roles in reputed organization (as Head of Department)
• Experience in listed entity is mandatory - Dy. Manager (Marketing – Agri Business):
• Full-time BSc (Agriculture) + Full-time MBA (Marketing) or MBA (Agri Business Management)
• Minimum 65% aggregate in final declared result
• All courses must be full-time from recognized university
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post MBA in Agribusiness (preferably in Fertilizer Company or Phosphatic Fertilizer Company)
Age Limit
- CS & Vice President (Legal): Not more than 50 years as on date of advertisement
- Dy. Manager: Not more than 40 years as on date of advertisement
Selection Process
Final selection will be based on personal interview.
