ITBP Motor Mechanic Recruitment 2024

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has announced recruitment for Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) and Constable (Motor Mechanic) positions. These Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) roles are temporary but likely to become permanent.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Head Constable (Motor Mechanic): 10+2 pass with ITI Certificate/Diploma in Motor Mechanic or Automobile Engineering and 3 years experience
  • Constable (Motor Mechanic): Matriculation (10th pass) with ITI Certificate in Motor Mechanic or 3 years experience

Age Limit

  • Age: 18-25 years as of January 22, 2025
  • Age relaxation available for SC, ST, OBC, and other categories as per government norms

  • General, EWS, OBC: Rs. 100/-
  • SC, ST: Rs. 0/-
