Salary Structure
Candidates should go through the practical and theoretical training for three years. Stipend of the training is Rs. 3500 for first year, Rs. 4000 for second year and Rs. 4500 for third year on monthly basis. After that Pay scale is Rs. 5000-8000 (Pay band Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade pay Rs. 4200/-)
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a retired Non-commissioned Officer of any branch of Indian Army.
Experience: 2 years of experience in public or private sector
Age Limit: not more than 45 years
