Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Degree (Graduation) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years (as on 16/07/2014).

- General/OBC: Rs. 600/-
- ST/SC/PWD: Rs. 100/-
