Eligibility Criteria
Age limit: 30 Years (as on 01/07/2015)
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc.(Nursing) degree OR
- B.Sc.(Public Health Nurse) degree
- Must have a Certificate of registration in section I-A or I-B of the Register of Nurses under the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Act, 1926
- A Certificate of registration in section I-C of the register of Midwives under the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Act 1926
Salary Structure
Scale of Pay: Rs.9300-34800 + 4700 GP
Examination Pattern
The selection process includes two stages:
- Written Examination (Objective Type)
- Oral Test (Interview)
Final selection will be based on total marks from both stages, subject to reservation rules. Candidates must appear in all papers of both stages to be considered for selection.
Exam Centers
The examination will be conducted at Chennai, Coimbatore, and Madurai centers.

Exam Fee: Rs. 175/- (Application fee Rs. 50/- + Exam fee Rs. 125/-)
