Qualification:
- Dy. General Manager (HR, IR & A): MSW / MLW / MHRM / MBA (HR) / Master in Social Sciences with Dip. In Labour Laws or LLB from a reputed recognized university / Institute.
- Dy. General Manager (MS / IT): B.E / B.Tech (Computer Engg. / IT / Computer Science) (Full Time) / MCA (03 years regular course). Certification in implementation of SAP ERP will be desirable.

- All advertised positions are for recruitment on contractual basis for three years, extendable on satisfactory performance for additional five years.
- Candidate should have full time qualification at graduate and post graduate level in the respective discipline. Candidates with education from reputed engineering universities, top B-schools like IIMs, IITs, XLRI will be given preference.
