Metro Lin Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad (MEGA) Co. Ltd. is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for key senior and middle-level management positions. These appointments are on a contract basis for 3-5 years under standard organizational terms and conditions.

1. Manager (Legal) – 01 Post

  • Education: Full-time graduate degree with 3 years LLB or 5 years integrated LLB from National Law University/reputed university. Preference for LLM candidates.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in Arbitration, Civil, Property & Land Laws, Criminal, Labour Laws, Mercantile Laws etc.
  • Age Limit: 38 years

2. Senior Social Development Officer (Manager Rank) – 01 Post

  • Education: MSW (Master of Social Work)
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in impact assessment, Resettlement & Rehabilitation activities, Social Impact Assessment, Land acquisition, Baseline studies, Socio-economic feasibility analysis, Social mobilization, Project management, Strategic planning, Asset valuation, Corporate strategy, Market assessment, Regulatory approvals, Project identification, Appraisal & Evaluation, Stakeholder facilitation, Training needs assessment.
  • Age Limit: 38 years

3. Manager – Platform Screen Doors (PSD) – 01 Post

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/Communications/Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma in same fields
  • Experience: 7 years post qualification for graduates, 10 years for diploma holders in PSD systems installation/testing/commissioning/operations in Metro Rail/LRT/Suburban Rail/Road transport. Metro Rail project experience preferred.
  • Age Limit: 38 years

4. Assistant Manager – Platform Screen Doors (PSD) – 01 Post

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech (Electronics/Communications/Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma in same fields
  • Experience: 3 years post qualification for graduates, 7 years for diploma holders in PSD systems. Metro Rail project experience preferred.
  • Age Limit: 30 years

5. Assistant General Manager (Human Resources) – 01 Post

  • Education: Full-time Master Degree in MBA (HR)/MHRM
  • Experience: 12-14 years in HR functions, including minimum 5 years in Manager & above cadre in large Infrastructure/Construction companies with 500+ employees. End-to-end recruitment, policy formulation, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, statutory compliances, government liaison, grievance redressal. Government company/PSU experience preferred.
  • Age Limit: 45 years

6. Assistant General Manager (Track) or Senior Manager (Track) – 01 Post

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech (Civil) engineering graduate
  • Experience: 10 years for AGM, 9 years for Senior Manager in Metro Rail/Railway track planning and construction, track components procurement, planning construction. Knowledge of long welded design and specifications preferred. Ballastless track experience preferred.
  • Age Limit: 45 years for AGM, 40 years for SM

7. Deputy General Manager (Architecture) or Assistant General Manager (Architecture) – 01 Post

  • Education: B.Arch engineering graduate
  • Experience: 15 years for DGM, 10 years for AGM in elevated/underground Metro station layouts, Metro Station Designs, NFPA standards conformity checking. Experience in designing operational elevated Metro stations and managing large infrastructure project contracts preferred. Proficiency in CADD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit. Knowledge of statutory clearance procedures from local authorities.
  • Age Limit: 50 years for DGM, 45 years for AGM

8. Assistant General Manager (Civil) – 01 Post

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech (Civil) engineering graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years, including 4 years in Viaducts, bridges, multi-storied buildings, workshop sheds construction. Metro Rail Viaduct construction experience with Segment Casting yard supervision, Launching Girder erection, pile foundation works, Contract Management, Contractual Correspondence preferred.
  • Age Limit: 45 years
