Candidates must hold MSc. in Physics/Electronics/Materials Science/Optoelectronics. The upper age limit is 28 years. Age relaxation of 5 years is available for Women/SC/ST/Physically Handicapped candidates as per Government of India rules.

Final selection will be based on Interview.
