Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- For Probationary Officer (IT) – Developers:
- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation
- M.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology
- MCA from a recognized university
- Minimum 60% marks in B.Tech/BE/M.Sc/MCA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Software Development/Project Management
- Age limit: Not more than 28 years (as on 31/12/2016)
- For Probationary Manager/Senior Manager (IT):
- B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Instrumentation
- M.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology
- MCA from a recognized university
- Minimum 60% marks in B.Tech/BE/M.Sc/MCA
- Proven 5+ years of project delivery management experience
- Total IT experience (including Development) of more than 10 years
- Candidates with 12 years of experience in IT including development & project/program management, with more than 10 years in handling large and complex IT projects, may be selected as Project Managers in Scale III cadre
- Age limit: Not more than 40 years (as on 31/12/2016)
- For Probationary Officer (IT) – Developers:
- Application Fee: Rs. 700 for General and Rs. 150 for ST/SC
- Salary: IBA approved pay scale Rs.31705-45950 (Scale-II)/Rs.42020-51490 (Scale III) plus DA, HRA Allowances
Selection Process
The selection process includes Written Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
