- Candidates should bring a Bio-data having personal details like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Age, Category (General/SC/ST/OBC, etc.), Educational Qualification, Full Postal Address with Contact Nos., e-mail address, Registration No. from MCI. Details of Past experience, duly signed.
- The candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualification, registration, category certificate, etc. along with one set of photocopy of these certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, and one recent passport size photograph.
