SEB GCC Type/Steno Examination Notification January 2018

The State Examination Board (SEB) of Gujarat has released the notification for GCC Type/Steno Examination scheduled for January 2018.

Exam Schedule

  • Starting Date of Online Application: 28/12/2017
  • Last Date to Apply Online: 09/01/2018
  • Last Date to pay Fees: 10/01/2018
  • Hall Tickets will be available from: 18/01/2018
  • Steno Exam & Type Exam: 22/01/2018 to 25/01/2018

Eligibility Criteria

  • Exam name: GCC (Steno/Typing)
  • Educational qualification: Candidates should pass SSC or equivalent examination
  • Exam Fees:
    • For Regular Students: Rs. 300/-
    • For External Students: Rs. 330/-

SEB GCC Examination Pattern

Steno Exam:

  • Gujarati Steno: Word Speed – 60, 75, 90
  • English Steno: Word Speed – 60, 80, 100, 120
  • Hindi Steno: Word Speed – 60, 75

Type Exam:

  • Gujarati Type: Word Speed – 25, 35, 40
  • English Type: Word Speed – 40, 50, 60
  • Hindi Type: Word Speed – 25
