Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Final year students can apply provisionally, provided they submit proof of passing by 31 August 2019. Chartered Accountants are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years as of 01 April 2019.

Selection Process
The selection process involves three phases:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
Online objective test worth 100 marks with three sections:
- English Language
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Reasoning Ability
- Duration: 1 hour
- Total Questions: 100
Candidates shortlisted based on category-wise merit list (10 times the vacancies).
Phase-II: Main Examination
Objective test (200 marks) and Descriptive test (50 marks):
Objective Test
- Test-I: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude – 45 questions, 60 marks (60 minutes)
- Test-II: Data Analysis & Interpretation – 35 questions, 60 marks (45 minutes)
- Test-III: General/Economy/Banking Awareness – 40 questions, 40 marks (35 minutes)
- Test-IV: English Language – 35 questions, 40 marks (40 minutes)
- Total: 155 questions, 200 marks, 3 hours
Descriptive Test
30-minute test with two questions on Letter Writing & Essay (50 marks)
Phase-III: Group Exercise & Interview
Group Exercise (20 marks) and Interview (30 marks). OBC candidates must submit Non-Creamy Layer certificate.

Exam Pattern Details
There’s a negative marking of 1/4th marks for wrong answers in objective tests. No penalty for unattempted questions.
Penalty for Wrong Answers
For each incorrect answer in objective tests, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
Final Selection
The final merit list is prepared by aggregating converted marks from Main Examination (out of 75) and Group Exercise & Interview (out of 25), totaling 100 marks.

Important Notes
