Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Director (Entomology): M.Sc. Degree in Entomology or Nematology or M.Sc. Degree in Agriculture with specialization in Entomology or Nematology or M.Sc. Degree in Zoology with specialization in Entomology or Nematology from a recognized University or Institution. EXPERIENCE: Three years’ practical experience in the work relating to Entomology or Nematology.
- Professor (Gastro Medicine): (I) A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (II) PostGraduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Medical Gastroenterology) or Doctorate of Medicine (Gastroenterology) or Doctor of Medicine (Medicine)/ Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Gastroenterology. EXPERIENCE: Twelve years’ standing in the profession with extensive practical and administrative experience, out of which at least four years’ experience should be as an Associate Professor in the concerned Department in a medical college or recognized teaching institution of medical education after the requisite post graduate degree qualification.
- Professor (Gastro Surgery): (I) A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (II) Post-Graduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Gastro Surgery – Magister Chirurguie (Surgical Gastroenterology): or Master of Surgery (Surgery) with two years special training in Surgical Gastroenterology). EXPERIENCE: Twelve years’ standing in the profession with extensive practical and administrative experience, out of which at least four years’ experience should be as an Associate Professor in the concerned Department in a medical college or recognized teaching institution of medical education after the requisite post graduate degree qualification
- Professor (Neurology): (I) A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) (II) Post-Graduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Neurology). EXPERIENCE: Twelve years’ standing in the profession with extensive practical and administrative experience, out of which at least four years’ experience should be as an Associate Professor in the concerned Department in a medical college or recognized teaching institution of medical education after the requisite post graduate degree qualification.
- Professor (Radiology): (I) A recognized Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (II) Post-Graduate Degree in the speciality or super speciality, i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Radio Diagnosis) or Doctor of Medicine (Radiology) or Master of Surgery (Radiology). EXPERIENCE: Twelve years’ standing in the profession with extensive practical and administrative experience, out of which at least four years’ experience should be as an Associate Professor in the concerned Department in a medical college or recognized teaching institution of medical education after the requisite post graduate degree qualification.
Age Limit
- 35 years for Assistant Director
- 53 years for Professor (Neurology)
- 50 years for All other professor
